These rules apply to the sale and purchase of the vehicle rental service through our website. By completing a booking, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these rules.

• Service: Woltway offers Tesla vehicle rental for weekly or monthly periods, with a minimum of 7 days. The published price on the website is the final price; there are no hidden fees. The price includes applicable VAT.
• Booking steps: the customer selects the model, dates and pick-up/return location, enters personal and driving-licence details, and accepts the terms. The booking is then submitted and registered as "pending".
• Contract formation: the booking becomes binding only after confirmation by Woltway and, where required, after payment or deposit has been completed. Until then, neither party is bound.
• Payment: payment and deposit are processed through ProCredit Bank – Kosovo (card or bank account). For bookings confirmed with the balance on pickup, that amount is paid when the vehicle is collected.
• Deposit: no deposit is required for returning customers. For new customers a small security deposit may be required, refunded once the vehicle is returned in proper condition.
• Special monthly price: applies only for a full calendar month (as many days as the reserved month has). For shorter or longer periods the relevant weekly price applies.
• Price changes: once a booking is confirmed, Woltway cannot change the price. Unpublished prices may change without notice but do not affect confirmed bookings.
• Age and eligibility: the customer must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid, non-suspended and unrestricted driving licence.
• Contract language: the terms are available in Albanian and English; in case of conflict, the Albanian version prevails.

These terms apply to every booking and vehicle rental with Woltway. By completing a booking, the customer accepts these terms.

• Border crossing: the vehicle may be used within Kosovo with no extra charge. For travel outside Kosovo (Balkans / Europe) an additional fee applies, reflected at booking when the customer indicates the wish to travel outside the country.
• Insurance: every rental includes full Kasko insurance and Balkan-wide coverage according to the policy terms. The deductible (excess) follows the policy terms.
• Deductible / Excess: the customer is liable for damage above what the insurance covers, up to the policy excess, for any covered incident.
• Damages & Fines: the customer is responsible for all traffic fines and for damage caused by misuse, negligence or breach of the rental terms.
• Charging: the vehicle is delivered fully charged. The customer must return the vehicle with a charge level no lower than at delivery to avoid an additional fee.
• Mileage: the first 400 km on a full charge are included in the price. Additional kilometres are billed according to the current tariff.

This section sets the rules for delivery (handover) and return (collection) of the vehicle.

• Pick-up: the vehicle may be collected at the address chosen in the booking or at a location agreed with us, on the rental start date and time. The customer must present a valid driving licence and proof of identity.
• Pre-delivery verification: before handover, Woltway verifies identity, driving licence and vehicle condition. The customer signs a delivery report recording the charge level, mileage and any existing damage.
• Address delivery: if the booking includes delivery to a specific address (e.g. airport, hotel), delivery time may be affected by traffic or road conditions; we will notify the customer of any delay.
• Return: the vehicle must be returned to the location and date agreed in the booking. Any late return incurs a fee for each additional day at the weekly/monthly rate, unless the return is delayed with prior agreement with us.
• Return condition: the vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered (excluding normal wear), with a charge level no lower than at delivery and with no new damage.
• Return inspection: Woltway inspects the vehicle on return and records any change in the return report. The deposit (if any) is refunded after inspection, deducting any fee for damage, insufficient charge, extra mileage or fines.
• Late return abuse: if the customer does not return the vehicle within 24 hours of the return date without agreement, Woltway may report the vehicle as stolen and apply additional fees for each day of delay.
• Abandonment: leaving the vehicle without permission at a non-agreed location may incur transport and towing fees charged to the customer.

Cancellation is made via WhatsApp or email. The refund amount depends on how far in advance the booking is cancelled (relative to the rental start date):

• More than 14 days before: 100% refund of the amount paid.
• 7–14 days before: 75% refund of the amount paid.
• 3–6 days before: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Less than 3 days before or no-show: no refund.

Refunds are processed via the same payment method used by the customer (through ProCredit Bank – Kosovo). Refund processing takes 7–10 business days.

• Data collected during booking: name, surname, phone number, email, personal number, licence number and details, licence photos, rental dates, pick-up/return location.
• Purpose of processing: carrying out the vehicle booking and rental, identity and licence verification, booking communication, insurance and payment.
• Retention: data is kept for as long as needed for the rental purpose and for the legally required period (including for insurance and legal matters). After that it is deleted or anonymised.
• Sharing: data may be shared with insurance partners and, with consent, with authorities for verification. We never sell your data to third parties for marketing.
• Your rights: you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data. For any request, contact us on WhatsApp.
• Security: our site uses HTTPS/SSL to protect data during transmission.
