Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel your booking and what refund you receive, depending on when you cancel. It is designed to be clear and free of surprises.

All cancellation times are measured against the rental start date and time (Kosovo local time).

Cancellation is made exclusively via WhatsApp or phone. A cancellation is not considered valid until we confirm your request.

• Message us on WhatsApp: +383 48 507 157.
• Provide your name and booking reference (or the rental dates).
• We will send a cancellation confirmation with the amount to be refunded.

The refund amount depends on how far in advance the booking is cancelled (relative to the rental start date):

• Free cancellation until 23:59 Kosovo time, 14 calendar days before the rental start date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
• After this date (cancellation less than 14 days before): 20% of the total rental price is retained as a cancellation fee, and any amount paid above that is refunded.
• For bookings made fewer than 14 days before pickup, the free-cancellation deadline has passed; the 20% fee applies immediately after booking.

Refunds are processed in cash or via POS, the same way the payment was made. Processing time depends on the payment method.

If you need to change the dates or vehicle model, contact us as early as possible. A date change is treated as a cancellation of the old booking plus a new booking, applying the refund terms above where there is a price difference.

Early return of the vehicle (before the return date) does not trigger a refund for the unused days, unless previously agreed with us.

In case of circumstances outside your control (death in the family, serious illness or a force majeure event), send us supporting documentation and we will review your request for a higher refund on a case-by-case basis.

Woltway reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. vehicle damage before the rental starts). In that case we will notify you immediately and refund 100% of the amount paid or offer a replacement vehicle.
